Instruction No.15 of 2012 on materials and articles that may come in contact with food.

The Instruction aims at ensuring the effective functioning of the internal market regarding materials and other articles destined to be in direct or indirect contact with food, ensuring a high level of protection for human health and consumers’ interests. To this end, it provides for rules and specific measures for the use of such products. An exhaustive list of the groups of materials and articles that can be regulated through specific measures is attached to the Instruction.
