Abstract
This Instruction here regulates the manner for handling of wooden packaging and pallets, as in accordance with known rules and measures for handling wooden packaging and pallets that are here defined. The relevant structures of the Ministry of Agriculture are charged with the implementation of this Instruction and Rural Development and the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, as regards the protection of plants and forests. This instruction aims to define phyto-sanitary measures which reduce the risk of entry and spread of quarantine parasites, related to the movement in the international trade of packaging materials made of raw wood.
