Instruction nr. 10 dated 28 April 2023 on the format, criteria and procedures for registration of professional operators.

This Instruction provides for rules aimed for all professional operators dealing with plants, that are required to register their related plant production sites and other facilities related to plant production activities, as follows: a) planting; b) multiplication; c) production, including growth, propagation and maintenance; d) import, movement within the territory of the country and export; e) placement on the market. The National Veterinary and Plant Protection Authority shall maintain and update the register of professional operators, according to the format given in the Annex of this text.
