Law 6/2018 amending and supplementing Law No. 111/2012 on the Integrated Management of Water Resources.

This Law amends and supplements many sections of Law 111/2012 on the Integrated Management of Water Resources. Specifically, the amendments and supplements concern definitions, the institutional framework for the administration and management of water resources and in particular the responsibilities of the Council of Ministers, the Agency for the Management of Water Resources, and the Agency of Water Basins, the planning documents as outlined by articles 15-16, the industrial discharge and their treatment, the protected areas, the administrative sanction for misdemeanors, etc.
