Law 87/2012 approving the Normative Act No.4 dated 16.8.2012 of the Council of Ministers designating the rules of slaughtering and the marketing of meat.

This Law aims at protecting the human life and health as well as the environment. It’s composed of the following sections: General Provisions (I), Animals slaughtering, Meat trade (III), Responsibilities of other state structures (IV), Administrative infringements and sanctions for the responsible structures (V), Immediate effects of the Act (VI), Final provisions (VII).
