Abstract
Law 15 of 2018 amends Law 9867 of 2008 regarding the content of applications submitted for import and export permits required in the trade of endangered wild fauna and flora species. The applications to be submitted at the line ministry should no longer contain the acts of incorporation of the legal entity applying for the import and/or export permits.
