Law no. 18/2023 for the completion of the privatization process of former agricultural enterprises.

The object of this Law is the determination of the scope of implementation, the authorities responsible for the completion of the privatization process and the procedure for the privatization of the facilities of former agricultural enterprises and their functional areas. This Law defines the procedures and the state body responsible for completing the process of privatization of facilities of the former agricultural enterprises and their functional lands for which this process has not been completed, as well as the transfer of their ownership to the purchasing entities. The scope of the application of this Law includes the facilities of former agricultural enterprises, the procedure of the privatization or sale which has been started, but has not been completed, or which contains deficiencies in necessary documentation.
