Law No. 31/2013 amending and supplementing Law No.10431 dated 9.6.2011 on the environment protection.

The Law amends and supplements articles 62, 66 and 69 of the law 10431 of 2011 that sets out the framework for providing a high level protection for the environment, its preservation and improvement, prevention and reduction of the human health-associated risks and improvement of the life quality of today and next generations as well as ensuring sustainable development. The changes deal with the organization structure of the Inspectorate of Environment Protection changed to Inspectorate responsible for the environment protection and its responsibilities regarding penalties issued for infringements.
