Law No. 50 of 2014 amending and supplementing Law No.9482 of 2006 on the legalization, urbanization, and integration of unlawful constructions.

This Law amends and supplements articles 2, 15, 17, 23-45 and repeals articles 17/1, 18, 19-22 of Law No. 9482 of 2006 on legalization, urbanization, and integration of the unlawful constructions. The amendments deal with the scope of the law, the compensation of owners of private lands interfered by unlawful construction, the transfer of property rights and the payment procedures for the construction sites, the cases when the parties own more than one unlawful construction, exceptions to the legalization cases, and penalty fees to be paid by the construction party for unlawful additions to lawful construction.
