Abstract
This Law establishes the re-evaluation and re-distribution of the ex-agricultural cooperative properties. It consists of 13 articles defining the requirements for re-evaluating the aforementioned properties, on the base of the Law No. 7491 of 24 April 1991 establishing the principal constituent disposal. Commissions are created hereby in order to carry out this activity.
