Law No. 9533 amending Law No. 9385 of 2005 on forests and the forestry service.

The present Law lays down some amendments to Law No. 9385 of 2005 on forests and the forestry service. Basically, it changes the dependence of the General Directorate of Forest and Pastures from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Water Administration. Moreover, it designates the Ministry of Environment as the highest administrative authority of the forestry service.
