Abstract
This Law promotes the production and use of renewable biofuels so as to replace oil by-products in the transport sector. The Law aims at fulfilling the obligations established by the the Kyoto Protocol and ensuring the supply of renewable energy resources by promoting the cultivation of energetic plants to protect the environment.
