Abstract
The Law 10319 of 2010 amends Law 8405 of 1998 on several topics including the permits needed for placing advertisements on the streets, the rights and duties of the urban planning inspectorate, the procedures of demolishing unlawful constructions, etc. A new form for “Connection of the object with the road infrastructure” has been approved and attached to the Law.
