Law. No.7/2014 dated 30.01.2014 proclaiming the moratorium of hunting in the Republic of Albania.

The law prohibits hunting in the all of the Albanian territory. The hunting permits and the usage of the hunting zones issued according to the law no. 10253 of 2010 on Hunting are therefore suspended. The contracts for the wild fauna breeding remain valid. The law is applicable for two years from its entry into force.
