Abstract
This Normative Act has the purpose to set rules and procedures aimed at treating of polluted water through the installation of plants or systems for collection, treatment and disposal of polluted water by involved authorized entities, which carry out economic activities in coastal areas and on shores of lakes and rivers, which do not treat the polluted waters, created by their economic activity, and discharge them near or in washing/bathing waters.
