Order n. 254 of 11 August 2023 for the approval of the content and models of acts for misdemeanors in forests.

This Order defines for rules regarding the approval of the content and provides forms and models of the acts against forest offenses, as part of the standard documents, for non-line inspection by the responsible inspection structures at the central, regional and local level. The National Forestry Agency, the National Agency of Protected Areas and Local Self-Government Units, as well as the General Directorate of Economics and Support Services, are charged with the implementation of this Order.
