This Instruction determines the official criteria, procedures and manner for administration of funds provided by the program for agriculture and rural development. The necessary information about application methods, the criteria for benefit and the procedure for benefiting from financial support can be also found at agricultural points, at the regional agricultural extension agencies, at the central offices of the national Agency for Agricultural and Rural Development as well as on its website.
