Order no. 189, dated 4 May 2018 on the approval of the veterinary health certificate for cattle meat, small animals, pigs, slaughtered in slaughterhouses.

This Order sets the rules regarding the procedure necessary for approving veterinary health certificate models for cattle, small cattle and pig meat if slaughtered in slaughterhouses. Local government units responsible for issuing related veterinary health certificates shall take all measures in terms of production and equipment according to the model defined in point 1 of this text. The General Regulatory and Compliance Directorate is charged with the implementation of these rules as for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development and veterinary structures in local government units. Certificate model is attached in the Annex of this publication.
