Abstract
The Order lays down the institutional framework for the implementation of the ICCAT multi-year plan for the bluefin tuna farming in the Mediterranean and East Atlantic. The Department of Fishery Policies is responsible for the implementation of the resulting obligations. The bluefin tuna fishing is prohibited for fishing boats in Mediterranean and East Atlantic from the 1st of June until the 31st of December.
