Abstract
This Order here determines the necessary procedures, related conditions and criteria that must be met by professional operators who are undertaking the task of issuance or approval of plant passport, as well as procedures in cases of withdrawal of approvals (also penalty measures). This text defines the professional competences and deriving administrative procedures that are mandatory for gaining authorization for performing tasks such as approval of plant passports. All designated forms and samples of plant passports are given in the Annex of this Order.
