Abstract
The National Water Council is an inter-ministerial body with competencies set forth by law and chaired by the Prime Minister. This Regulation lays down general rules and rules of procedure for the functioning, administration, and organization of the Council as well as its relationships with state, public, and private entities.
The Regulation consists of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Council Organization and Functioning (II); Proposing an Act (III); The Review by the Technical Secretariat (IV); Meeting’s Rules of Procedure (V); Publication, Notification, Archiving and Storage of Information (VI); Final Provisions (VII).
