Regulation 271 date 6.4.2016 amending and supplementing Regulation 408 date 13.5.2015 of the Council of Ministers approving the territory development regulation.

This Regulation 271 of 2016 amends various articles of Regulation 408 of 2015. It also supplements it by introducing ‘the electronic permits system’ as the basis of all state data on requests and permits. The electronic system is part of the integrated register for territory development and manages the interaction of all subjects involved in this process including the applicant, the authorities responsible for issuing the permit and other institutions obligated to give information or approval on the permits. Any subject applying for the permit shall do so through the electronic database. All institutions that shall give information or opinion or examine the applications shall also respond and approve through the electronic system. The system will serve as the single point of coordination between the permit applications as well as their review and approval process. The electronic system will start functioning on 20 April 2016.
