Abstract
Regulation 373 of 2018 lays down rules, rules of procedure and the contract template for leasing state-owned agricultural land. It is composed of the following sections: I - Definitions, II- Lease Properties, III- Parties of the Lease Contract, IV- Rules of Procedure for Leasing State-Owned Land, V- Lease Assessment, VI - Lease Terms (with a maximum term of 99 years), VII- Contract Monitoring, and Final Provisions. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development bears responsibility for the implementation of this regulation.
