Abstract
This Regulation stipulates the removal of a forestry area of 28,018 ha of the forestry parcels 70abcd in the forest economy of “Rrotull” located at Gjiri i Lalezit, Durres Municipality to be used by Omnix Albania Ltd for the construction of a residential touristic complex. This area will be removed from the National Cadastre of Forest and Pastures according to the table of parcels and sub-parcels attached to the Regulation. The reduced value of timber for the removed area will be paid by Omnix Albania Ltd according to the tariffs and fees promulgated by Regulation 391 date 21.6.2006 on tariffs and fees in the sector of forestry and pasture as amended. The Ministry of Environment is required to sign additional agreements with Omnix regarding the afforestation of an alternative forestry area.
