Regulation 672 date 29.07.2015 amending Regulation no. 408 date 13.5.2015 approving the regulation on the territory development.

This Regulation 672 of 2015 amends article 45 “Transitory Provisions’ of Regulation 408 of 2015. According to the amendment, until the General Local Development Plan is approved, the applications for construction permits will be reviewed by local authorities to the extent that the proposed construction falls into areas with approved territory development plans as shown in the map attached to this decision. The exceptions to this rule include all construction proposed in the coastal areas and areas of national cultural and historical importance. Such construction will be subject to the review of the National Council of Territory.
