Regulation No. 1 of 2013 on the internal functioning of the Protected Area Management Committee.

This Regulation lays down rules and procedures for the internal functioning of the Protected Area Management Committee and its bodies such as the chairman, the technical secretariat, and the committee members.
The Protected Area Management Committee is organized at national park level and managed natural reservoirs, protected sites and other categories as approved by the Council of Ministers. The composition of the Committee is approved by the Minister according to the procedures defined in Regulation No. 86 of 2005. Its tasks and responsibilities are also enlisted in Regulation No. 86 of 2005.
