Abstract
This Regulation stipulates that, depending on the environmental damage, infringements in the forestry field are considered grave if they: (a) took place in a protected forestry area; (b) took place in experimental parcels; (c) damaged the trees and other forest species; (c) took place in a protected forest covered by management plans; (d) destroyed a protected natural monument; (e) destroyed rare flora species; and (f) destroyed the qualities of a concrete habitat.
