Abstract
This Regulation establishes the obligation to fully and immediately compensate damages caused to the Pasture Fund. Such compensation includes: (i) the real value of the damage caused to the pasture, meadow or any other infrastructural objects; (ii) the cost of turning the situation into its preliminary status. When calculating the damage amount, the Forestry Department considers the damaged area and its type, the degree of damage, the methods and tools that caused it, the volume of damaged grass and plants, and the damage of protected fauna such as endangered fauna, samples, seedlings and experimental parcels. The damage to be compensated is settled in accordance with the rates determined in the table attached to the Regulation.
