Regulation No. 151 transferring administrative responsibilities related to the ports of Vlora and Saranda.

This Regulation concerns the agreements for transferring rights of use of fishery ports to fishery management organizations. It lays down the model for the conclusion of such agreements, which cover: conditions for performing activities in ports; responsibilities and tasks of authorities which are parties to the agreement; inspection; relationship between State entities and fishery management organizations.
