Regulation No. 152 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 831 of 1998 on leasing State agricultural lands.

This Regulation amends articles 1(1), 1(2), 11(3) and 11(5) of Regulation No. 831 of 1998. According to these new provisions, the study on agricultural and forestry lands registered in the Immovable Property Office can be prepared by the Directorate of Agriculture and Food or the Forestry Service Directorate. These studies are then approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
