Regulation No. 2 dated 5.11.2015 amending Regulation No.1 date 7.3.2014 on the implementation of Law No. 64 date 31.5.2012 on fishery.

This Regulation 2 of 2016 amends articles 14 and 17 of Regulation 1 of 2014. The amendments concern the composition of the Permanent Commission of Appeals and the appeal procedures. The Commission is composed of five medium and high rank civil servants approved via ministerial order. The subjects who have submitted administrative appeals are notified in writing regarding their presence in the commission meetings at least seven days ahead of meeting dates.
