Regulation No. 223 dated 13.3.2013 on the organization and functioning of the State Inspectorate of Environment, Forests, Waters and Fishery.

The Regulation establishes the State Inspectorate of Environment, Forests, Waters and Fishery as a central institution managed by the minister of environment, forests, water, and fishery. The inspectorate mission is to guarantee the enforcement of related law at both central and local levels. Its authorities and responsibilities are further laid down by the regulation.
