Abstract
A public forestry area of 76.09 ha located at Fushe-Kruje, part of the forestry economy of “Kraste-Kruje” and composed of forestry parcels of 84a, 85a, 85b, 86/a, 87b, 88a, 89a dhe 94a will be removed from the public forestry fund and will be transferred to the ‘Victoria Invest’ Ltd for the exploitation of lime stones. The seventy six hectares will no longer be part of the National Cadastre of Forests and Pastures. Victoria Invest is required to rehabilitate these areas according to the requirements of the environmental permits and fund the reforestration of 228.26 ha as designated by the Ministry of Environment.
