Regulation No. 248 date 30.3.2016 removing and reducing the volume of certain forestry areas in the regions of Korca, Berat, and Fier from the public forestry and pasture fund.

Abstract
A public forestry area of 11.557 ha will be removed from the public forestry fund and will be used by the TAP AG company for the construction of the TAP Gas pipelines and specifically its 4A, 4B, and 5A sectors. This area will no longer be part of the National Cadastre of Forests and Pastures and a detailed map consisting of the removed and reduced areas is attached to the regulation. TAP AG is required to rehabilitate these areas according to the requirements of the environmental permits and fund the reforestation of 11.094 ha as designated by the Ministry of Environment.
