Regulation No. 253 on the organization of the Chemical Fertilizers Control Service.

This Regulation concerns the organization of the Chemical Fertilizer Control Service as a State agency under the authority of the Land Institute. It is composed of administrators, inspectors and assistant workers appointed by the leading Council upon the proposal of its director. The staff structure and benefits are further regulated.
