Abstract
This Regulation removes from the forestry fund an area of 90 ha that belonged to the forestry economies of ‘Zall Devoll’ and ‘Mollas’ of Elbasani region according to the map attached to the regulation. The area will be used by ‘Delia Group’ Ltd for the construction of hydropowers ‘Thane’ and ‘Mollas’. Delia Group Ltd is required to pay for the forestry area and its infrastructure full amounts according to the Regulation 391 date 21.6.2006 of the Council of Ministers laying down tariffs in the forestry and pasture sector. The company should also rehabilitate and reforestate a forestry area equal to the one removed from the fund.
