Regulation No. 312 of 2013 supplementing Regulation No. 481 of 22 June 2011 of the Council of Ministers on land use planning instruments.

This Regulation supplements Regulation 481 of 2011 with rules and procedures regarding detailed local planning. A new Section 2/1 ‘Detailed Local Planning’ is added after article 21. The detailed local planning aims at breaking down in action level the general planning instruments and detailing for each structural unit the development objectives; harmonizing the public and private interests in land use; serving as a reference document for the monitoring activities; ensure proportional distribution of development funds and proportional compensation for private land destined for public use.
