Regulation No. 313 approving the maximum residue limits of pesticides in foodstuffs and feedingstuffs.

This Regulation sets forth the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of pesticides in products destined to human and animal consumption, as well as the maximum levels applicable to other products used as raw materials in food processing. A list of products covered by these provisions is attached. The Regulation consists of four Chapters: (I) General Provisions; (II) MRLs application procedures; (III) MRLs applicable to products of plant origin; (IV) Official controls and reports.
