Regulation No. 371 of 2013 amending and supplementing Regulation No. 480 of 2011 of the Council of Ministers on land use planning.

This Regulation amends and supplements articles 2, 4, 7, and 8 of Regulation No. 480 of 2011 on land use planning. It supplements the scope of regulation by introducing under article 2 additional areas of application including the use to define the parameters and the permitted use of land until the drafting of the general instruments of local planning is completed. The amendment also substitutes the wording ‘national regulation of planning’ with ‘national regulation of planning instruments’.
