Regulation No. 385 of 2010 supplementing Regulation No. 538 of 2009 on licenses and permits issued through the National Center for Licensing (NCL) and other sub-legal common regulations.

This Regulation supplements Regulation No. 538 of 2009 by adding a new Annex 4 dealing specifically with licensing in the electrical energy sector. In this regard, licensing includes licences, permissions, authorizations, certifications, and every other administrative act related to activities in the electrical power sector.
