Regulation No. 391 of 2006 on the establishment of tariffs in the forestry sector.

According to this Regulation, the tariffs of the assorted timber put on sale at the sideways are determined based on the market prices but cannot be lower than the production costs to be calculated based on the timber base tariffs as presented in the appendixes hereby. Furthermore, this Regulation determines the tariffs for camping’s set-ups, Christmas trees and seedlings sale. The reparation tariffs in case of damages caused to the Forestry Fund are also attached.
