Regulation No. 394 on the exploitation of forests and sale of timber and other forestry and non-forestry products.

This Regulation lays down the rules and criteria for the exploitation of forests and sale of timber and other forestry and non-forestry products. Exploitation is planned on an annual basis, as required by the management plans prepared by the Regional Forestry Directorates. The Regulation consists of four Parts: (I) Exploitation criteria; (II) Exploitation of forest parcels and sub-parcels; (III) Exploitation rules; (IV) Criteria and rules for sale of timber and other forestry and non-forestry products.
