Abstract
This Regulation proclaims the Dajti Mountain Natural Ecosystem to be a national park and defines its borders and zoning. The park consists of six zones: (i) central zone, which has natural and biodiversity values; (ii) recreation zone, which offers recreation possibilities and facilities; (iii) zone of traditional activities; (iv) zone of sustainable use, where the existing economical activities are carried out; and (vi) zone of military use, which can be used for military purposes. The Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Waters Administration shall revise licences issued for economical and social activities.
