Regulation No. 441 on the immediate suspension sand and gravel exploitation in river beds.

This Regulation orders the immediate suspension of sand and gravel exploitation in all rivers beds, as well as the disassembling of all gravel machinery located at river banks. The National Water Council, the Ministry of Territory Adjustment and Tourism, the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Energy and Industry are in charge of implementing the Regulation.
