Abstract
The Regulation specifies in detail the parts of the forest areas of Lugina e Fanit te Vogel Mirdite that will be removed from forestry fund at a total of 9.568 ha and will be given to Prendi-02 Ltd in concession for mining activities. The coordinates and the maps are attached to this decision. Prendi-02 Ltd must afforest 10 ha of forests in the areas designated by the regional forestry directorate.
