Regulation No. 52 of 2014 amending Regulation No. 117 of 13 February 2013 on the criteria used for determining when certain types of metal scrap cease to be waste.

This Regulation amends Regulation No. 117 of 2013 regarding the quality management systems used to demonstrate compliance with the criteria set forth in chapters 3 and 4. The quality assessment is prepared based on the international classification of scraps such as ISRI, HMS, and HMS2. The environmental inspectorate is responsible for ensuring compliance with these requirements.
