Regulation No. 532 date 11.9.2018 approving the rules of trading, transport, storage, and conservation of plant protection products.

The Regulation 532 of 2018 lays down rules, regulations, and rules of procedure for the trade, transport, preservation and storage of plant protection products (PPPs). It is composed of the following parts: I- Purpose and Definitions, II- PPPs Wholesale Trading, III- PPPs Retail Trading, IV- PPPs Transport, V- PPPs Storage and Conservation, and VI- Final Provisions. The following addenda are also attached to the regulation: Addenda I and Addenda II for the Books of Wholesale and Retail Trading of Dangerous and Highly Dangerous PPPS respectively, Addenda 3- Book of PPPs Control at the Border Inspection Stations, Addenda 4- Summary Table of PPPs Imports, and Addenda 5- Summary Table of PPPs Sales. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development bears responsibility for the regulation enforcement.
