Regulation No. 659 setting up the Environment Institute.

This Regulation establishes the Environment Institute, which shall carry out research and scientific activities. It shall also be engaged in environmental projects based on requests from individuals or legal entities, public or private, foreign or nationals. The services shall be offered on a contractual basis and applying the fees set forth by the Minister of Environment.
