Regulation No. 678 of 2006 amending Regulation No. 289 of 2006 on the organization and functioning of the Agency of Legalisation, Urbanisation, and Integration of Informal Zones/Construction (ALUIIZC).

This Regulation amends sections a, b, e and c of article 5 of Regulation 289 of 2006. The amendments affect the duties and responsibilities of the deputy directors who will now chair the departments of legalization, compensation and urbanization, the dept. of mapping, information technology, and initial registration of unlawful construction, and the human resources department, respectively. Further, the ALUIIZC personnel should comply with the general requirements of the civil service law and the special requirements prepared by the general director of the agency.
