Abstract
This Regulation stipulates rules and rules of procedure to ensure better protection and conservation of the aqua life in the sea and shoreline. The Regulation does not apply to fishing activities in internal waters or coastal lagoons. Further, the Regulation lays down the number of commercial fishing licenses allowed for distribution per each different kind of fishing boats.
